Open a new document in Photoshop. Go to File > New or press Ctrl/Cmd + N. Set the width to 5 inches and the height to 7 inches. Set the resolution to 300 pixels per inch and the color mode to RGB, if you want it digitally but if you don't want your wedding card digitally then you should choose the color mode to CMYK which is used for printing material.
Choose a background color or image for your card. To add a color, select the Paint Bucket tool and click on the background layer to fill it with the color of your choice. To add an image, go to File > Place Embedded and select the image you want to use.
